After all, schools are where we send our children and, as we parents all know, when it comes to our kids, nothing but the best will do. Westchester is a well- run community, and people are willing to put significant financial resources into their public schools. With so many schools taking part in HMS, there must be a number of exceptional science programs at area secondary schools. Still, are there any programs that appear to rise above the rest?
